Saving and Retrieving Whiteboard Pages

eMail inChorus allows you to save the graphical content of a single Whiteboard page as a file so that you can open it later to edit or to use as a background page for a new message.

To save the contents of a Whiteboard page:

1. From the File menu, select Export/As Page .
2. Enter a file name in the dialog box. The default file extension is .wbp for a Whiteboard page file.
3. Save the file.

You can save the file in one of the eMail inChorus page folders or one of your own.

To retrieve a saved Whiteboard page file:

1. From the File menu, select Import/Page File .
2. Enter or locate the file and click OK .

To save a Whiteboard page as wallpaper:

1. From the File menu, select Export/As Picture .
2. Enter a file name in the dialog box and save it in the Back Page folder.
